The high season rates listed below are applicable from December 1 to August 31, 2010 and 2011. The low season rates are applicable from September 1 to November 30, 2011

Note 1. 3. Room rates at the Rosa del Paseo include a Complimentary breakfast of fresh fruit, coffee, tea or milk, white and whole wheat bread, fruit juice, homemade jelly, and butter. Sorry, no discount for guests preferring not to have breakfast.

5. Hotel policy for children:

There is no additional charge for children UNDER 8 years of age that stay in their parents’ room (maximum 2 children per room). A third child is charged the additional person rate, which is non commissionable. Each child will be charged US$ 7.50 per day to cover breakfast and a service charge. Children over 8 years of age are charged at adult rates.

7. Cancellation Policy

7.1 Cancellation Policy - Persons:

No penalty will be charged for cancellations made 15 days or more prior to scheduled check-in
A penalty of 50% of the total cost of the reservation will be charged for cancellations made between 14 and 7 days prior to scheduled check-in.
A penalty of 100% of the total cost of the reservation will be charged for cancellations made less than 7 days prior to scheduled check-in.

7.2 Cancellation Policy - Groups

No penalty will be charged for cancellations made 30 days or more prior to scheduled check-in
A penalty of 50% of the total cost of the reservation will be charged for cancellations made between 15 and 29 days prior to scheduled check-in.
A penalty of 100% of the total cost of the reservation will be charged for cancellations made less than 15 days prior to scheduled check-in.
