We decided to remodel it and turn the building into a unique hotel with personality and history. “La Rosa del Paseo” today is one of the few remaining examples of the architecture of the city's past and thus represents something like a time capsule. It is a silent witness of an era characterized by luxury and the same time of a simplicity that the big coffee families, despite their wealth, never cared to lose.

An ambience full of historic reminiscences allows the visitor to experience the atmosphere that prevailed in the mansions of rich coffee exporting families.
